We aim to make the exercise sessions fun with a variety of workouts that you will not be able to do in a gym. Triumph Wellbeing designs bootcamp sessions for men and women of all ages and abilities.

What do I get at Triumph?

  • You will get 60 minutes of outdoor, fat burning and fitness sessions
  • FREE fitness assessment including fat percentage. If you follow the plan correctly, you will lose unwanted inches as your body fat melts away and your muscles become toned and strong
  • You will feel fitter, more flexible, alive and energetic
  • You will also receive regular updates, healthy tips, recipes and motivational prompts throughout the week via email and Facebook
