Beginners Bootcamp

Exercise is tough and we appreciate it may be daunting at first. We also know how hard it is to return to exercise after a long injury or having a baby, etc.

This is why we created a programme to ease you back into a new fitness regime. These sessions are 60 minutes, inclusive of a simple warm up and cool down, body weight exercises, fun games and loads of hard work!

These sessions are designed so you workout at your own pace but you will be encouraged to push through your comfort zone which will improve fitness, melt fat and ramp up your metabolism for hours!
